Low Mass Calibration Load

The joint project between ABSL, the University of Bern and TK to develop technologies to build
post-EPS radiometer calbration loads was recently completed and results presented to a
packed meeting of ESTEC scientists on Monday, 12th December 2011. The extensive presentation

Forming one of the internal layers 

The novel spun scaleless cone design, using recently-developed tuned multi-layer absorbers
gives state-of-the art coherent and incoherent absorption in a mass and volume constrained
package.
